The team communicates on time and are diligent in dealing with tenants

Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.

I was very impressed with Remax who is the agents for our new rental. Their communication is excellent and attention to detail regarding the property report was impeccable. Every spot/line/imperfection were photographed, which made my part of the inspection easy. Everything we needed was in our folder ready to go with key pick up.

Excellent service throughout the lease break process. My leasing agent (Mellissa) managed to secure a new tenant quickly, conducted all inspections thoroughly and to the expected high standard, and maintained good communication throughout. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommended!

Very responsive and transparent. I would highly rate the whole team

I have had a great and pleasant experience with my property managed by the team at Realth Property Group, who are professional and helpful. Excellent services. They went the extra mile to help. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a real estate agent.

We trust our agents. Very professional and have good attention to details to our and tenants' needs. Always very responsive and prompt with communications. Their market knowledge and negotiation skill is very good - we rely on them. Also remind and advise us on potential opportunities and improvements for better outcomes. Bora, Khayum and all of the agents were very reliable and trustworthy. Thank you Bora for introducing us to Realth. It is an absolute peace of mind when they are managing our property.

I have been with Realth Property Group for around three years, and they currently manage two of my investment properties. I have had a very positive experience with Bora, Jan and the entire team. They have always been professional, responsive and helpful, particularly when dealing with tenants, maintenance, inspections and the unexpected issues that naturally come with owning investment properties. What I appreciate most is their communication and reliability. I can trust them to look after my properties while keeping me informed whenever an important decision needs to be made. A special thank you to Bora — it is wonderful to have you back — and also to Jan for all the assistance and communication over the years. After three years working together, I am very happy to continue trusting Realth Property Group with my properties and would happily recommend their property management team to other landlords and property investors.

Kiarra is our property manager and right from the start she has been fantastic to deal with. We had several issues with the property when we moved in and within the first couple of weeks she had arranged for people to come in and do the repairs. She has stayed in touch all the way through the process. We can't thank her enough for how quick she got things done.

We had a great experience with our agent Molly throughout the rental process. She was always really friendly, responsive and helpful, and kept us well informed along the way. Communication was great and she made the whole process of securing our rental feel easy and straightforward. We really appreciated all of her help and would definitely recommend her!

Reasonable property, easy transition, very professional and friendly communication.
