Kiarra is our property manager and right from the start she has been fantastic to deal with. We had several issues with the property when we moved in and within the first couple of weeks she had arranged for people to come in and do the repairs. She has stayed in touch all the way through the process. We can't thank her enough for how quick she got things done.

We had a great experience with our agent Molly throughout the rental process. She was always really friendly, responsive and helpful, and kept us well informed along the way. Communication was great and she made the whole process of securing our rental feel easy and straightforward. We really appreciated all of her help and would definitely recommend her!

Reasonable property, easy transition, very professional and friendly communication.

We cannot fault our experience with Kristy. Her communication, professionalism, and transparency is incomparable. She is devoted to providing an excellent service, not only for us as landlords but for our lovely tenants, that is an investment in itself. Not once have we had to question her judgement, recommendations, or decisions and genuinely wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Thank you Kristy.

As we are currently residing overseas we are so grateful for the team for being so accommodating and helpful with communication and all the logistical details of managing our property. Thank you!

Rob and his team were very helpful and explaining and walking us through the whole rental process. We own house for 20 years and needed a rental after we sold. He is very nice.

I cannot recommend Courtney Clarkson highly enough. After my property was broken into and suffered damage, she stepped in immediately to handle the crisis. She guided me through the complex insurance claim process, coordinated emergency repairs, and dealt with all the tedious paperwork with professionalism and empathy. Highly recommend her services to any landlord!

I must commend your team members Sujaya Kalwani and Courtney Clarkson. I have dealt with them and they are wonderful. Hats off to Courtney especially, I have dealt with her over phone and emails regularly, always very cordial and understanding.

The team at LJ Hooker helped us so much when we first moved from NSW over to WA, we had so much information given to us from the team, we were put at ease straight away after trying with at least 7 other real estate agencies, and practically being told at almost every place we went "the market is tough, good luck if you get a home in 4 weeks". Within 48 hours of speaking and seeing 2 open homes, we were approved. Sharon has been an absolute delight to have as our property manager. She was always so helpful with any questions or concerns we had, and would make sure that things were promptly dealt with. She is a wonderful asset to the company. We will miss her and the team, and hope our paths cross again in the future.
