The team communicates on time and are diligent in dealing with tenants

Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.

I was very impressed with Remax who is the agents for our new rental. Their communication is excellent and attention to detail regarding the property report was impeccable. Every spot/line/imperfection were photographed, which made my part of the inspection easy. Everything we needed was in our folder ready to go with key pick up.

Excellent service throughout the lease break process. My leasing agent (Mellissa) managed to secure a new tenant quickly, conducted all inspections thoroughly and to the expected high standard, and maintained good communication throughout. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommended!
