Coming in from a home owner and relocating and trying to find a rental I thought would be problematic, but from viewing to acceptance its been straight communication and honesty. The team at Equity was quick from the get go, the information and communication was good from the beginning. The team is quick on response to issues and keep you updated. Really a pleasure dealing with the team.

We recently moved into a rental property leased by Position One Property and from first inspection to now, finally being moved in we have encountered the most incredibly professional team. It was clear from day 1 they cared about their tenants just as much as their home owners which in my opinion is a number one quality of this agency. In the past other agencies have failed miserably making us as tenants feel “lower class”. Position One has been fair and reasonable on all encounters and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again when we choose to buy our own home. We have dealt with nearly everyone in Position One Coorparoo and have found all to be professional in their manner but also super friendly and honest. Thank you Position One Coorparoo!
