I have recently rented out my property with Belinda and Anthea. Both were professional, friendly and dealt with issues in a timely manner. They were very understanding with even the most seamingly basic questions i had. This was especially helpful as a first time landlord, renting out what was previously my first home. I was walked through the entire process, making it seem easy. During the initial entry inspection they took more photos than I would have imagined which was reassuring that every part of the property is accurately captured. They vetted and selected the tennants well and so far I have had a good run. Onto the fairness, Anthea and Belinda did insist I fix a few things prior to rent (mostly gardening haha). Which for prospective tennants reading this, shows they actually care about the tennants as well. I respect this and would rather be notified of issues regarding my property promptly, so that they can be fixed early before becoming major issues.

India-Rose Bircheall has a vast market and leasing knowledge and made me feel confident in turning over my property to her capable hands. IR was always willing to listen to my queries and concerns and was always most reassuring. I highly recommend her as a leasing agent, top service. I would not hesitate to to use IR again as my property leasing agent.
