Agencies in West Leederville, WA, 6007

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ali Ringuet. She helped us secure a property with just 3 days notice and nothing was an issue. Unheard of in today’s perth property market. Actions speak louder than works in my books and Ali definitely delivered.

Really hard to get in contact with my agent. Doesn’t answer phone calls or call back after leaving a voicemail and doesn’t answer emails, I’ve had some difficult agents in the past but it’s never been this hard to get in contact with them. Makes it very hard when you’re waiting on updates about urgent repairs and are just left in the dark with no communication.

We have had a very positive experience with Orana Property Management throughout the leasing process. The team has been professional, friendly, and helpful, with clear communication and timely responses to our enquiries. The leasing process was smooth and well organised, and the team made it easy for us to settle into our new home. We appreciate their support and assistance. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend Orana Property Management to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management team.

From the beginning of the process, I received a lot of support and clear communication, and I was guided through each step along the way. This made the whole experience much easier and gave me confidence throughout the process. Daniel’s knowledge of the property was excellent, and he was able to answer my questions confidently and provide all the information I needed. He also took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and were able to help me find a property that was genuinely suited for me. Once I was lucky enough to be approved for the property, the Hohm team continued to go above and beyond. They took care of all the details and made the move-in process extremely smooth and straightforward. They connected me with the building managers and provided all the relevant contacts for setting up services such as Wi-Fi and electricity, which made settling in much easier. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making the entire process as seamless as possible. The communication throughout has been exceptional. They are incredibly prompt and responsive, and any questions or requests I have are actioned within the day, if not within a few hours. Overall, I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I'm very grateful for all the support throughout the process and for helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a property, particularly first-time renters who want someone knowledgeable and professional.

Every step of the process has been seamless with a friendly team. I feel confident that they’ll manage and look after my property to the best of their ability!
