Overview of West Kempsey, NSW, 2440

Tim & Tash were diligent & tenacious with the attention paid to finding the right tenant for our property. Our first time we have used them, Pleased with the result 💯👍🏻

I changed agencies due to slow service, poor decisions and regular changes to the property manager. Tim Castro at One Agency has been outstanding with the service provided. From always responding quickly, having strong negotiation skills, keeping me informed and securing a tenant, Tim has excelled. Having now handed over to Ashlee who appears to have the same traits. Off to a great start with One Agency.

He has been super upfront and realistic with all expectations. Communication has always been proactive. Highly recommended!
