Excellent marketing skills

I had a very positive experience throughout the entire process. All of my questions were answered promptly and clearly, and communication was always professional and friendly. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and made everything easy to understand. I felt well supported from start to finish, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent.

The staff members are very easy to deal with. Communication is very prompt

From the beginning they’ve made everything easy in managing our property. No question is too much for the team. They’ve even anticipated our needs and provided answers to questions we hadn’t even thought of. Great service.

Easy to work with very accommodating happy to work with them again

Great to deal with. Very responsive, and thorough with details. Definitely recommend!

Given JM and sons are in Kalgoorlie and we live in Victoria they make it feel like we are much closer. Recently they coordinated the painting and new flooring for one of our rentals that we have had with them for 20 years. the outcome was great and they organised the trades to do it quickly. It has resulted in a $200 per week rent increase.

Hands down the team at JMS are the best in town from the sales team to the property managers , we have tried others over the years and nobody compares Keep up the great work
