Very satisfied with the Edison rental team, who have managed my property since 2021

Edison absorbed our property from the take over of Elders real state circa 2013. Since we have had steady property managers with Alma and the Heshan we have enjoyed close personal attention to detail on the management of our property. Thank you so much Heshan

We've been consistently impressed with the support and professionalism from Edison Property and their Property Management Team throughout the years. A special shout-out to Alma and Heshan, who have been an absolute pleasure to work with. We truly appreciate their efforts and the team's commitment. Highly recommend!

The service couldn't have been better! Communication was the key, and every request was met in a timely manner and so politely. They also found a tenant quick smart - which met all the standards I would expect from a quality property manager.

A highly professional and active agent. Consistently helpful, responsive, and reliable. Excellent service, Thank you Bijay

when we wanted to lease our apartment, friends gave us the names of a leasing agent we should engage. we contacted three and by far Joyce Property were the standout. From the initial contact through to finding us a tenant their service was excellent and from a rent point of view they negotiated the rent we were seeking.

Very professional and efficient service in leasing my property. I received good advice and Michael Tran kept me informed throughout the process. I would recommend
