I'm on the tenant side of thing's and found the whole process of acquiring the property (thanks Charlotte) to rental inspections (thanks Alyssa) to be very friendly and straight forward. The team communicates on time and are diligent in dealing with tenants

Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.
