Georgia helped us through every step of the process. From the first phone call we had with Georgia when we were still figuring what our plan was Georgia gave us a layout of what we could do without ever rushing us. Then we were ready to pull the trigger Georgia handled everything for us and was very helpful and professional, took no time to find the perfect tenants to move in.

Georgia has been managing our property for over a decade and has consistently provided outstanding service. She is a highly respected and well-known agent in the Centenary suburbs and is always able to fill rental vacancies quickly. Georgia is an excellent communicator, responds promptly, and is highly effective at resolving issues when they arise. We strongly recommend Georgia and her team to anyone seeking professional and reliable property management services for their rental home.

Very Easy to deal with and super responsive.

Very helpful and professional. Clear communication and attention to detail. Excellent support.

Our property was leased on the first inspection, it's a great job, Jess. We are happy with the professional service at Harcourts Marketplace so far.

Jess and Tegan at Harcourts Marketing place have been invaluable in the management of my property. I've gone from wanting to dispose of my asset to now renting at 25% increase from rent previously received. Communications are great, and they are a preactive friendly managers!

We used Vasile Property Group services recently to rent out our investment property. Immediately after I contacted them, they provided me excellent support and also shared their extensive knowledge of the local rental market. They appraise the rental value of my property in a very fair way and only 6 days from our initial conversation, they rented out our property. They also arranged all compliances inspection. Couldn’t be more than happy from the excellent service that I have received. Big shoutout for Breanna for her great performance. Highly recommended!

We have had a very positive experience with my property manager, Bre. She communicates clearly, responds promptly, and manages the property with care and professionalism. Her attention to detail and proactive approach have made a significant difference.

I moved overseas at the start of last year and I was very nervous about renting out my unit. I didn’t want to sell but I knew I couldn’t be a reliable landlord while away so I needed someone who could handle things for me while I’m away. Enter Breanna! From the very beginning she has been responsive to every single one of my 1000 questions. She has been able to give invaluable advice and recommendations, and truely shows she’s an expert in her field. I recommended her to another friend who also moved overseas and she similarly has had no issues. Breanna regularly checks in to the property and relays to me how things are going. On the flip side she also cares about the tenants. It’s important to me as someone who has rented a lot in the past to have my tenants be happy and at home. And Breanna fills that to a T, making sure that the tenants are also happy. If you are in need of a real estate agent I could not recommend Breanna enough!
