I have had a great experience using Georgia at My Brisbane Home to manage my property. Communication is always professional and timely. Management fees are very reasonable. Repairs that have been organised have all been done for a reasonable price to a good quality. No complaints at all!

Immediately after I contacted them, they provided me excellent support and also shared their extensive knowledge of the local rental market. They appraise the rental value of my property in a very fair way and only 6 days from our initial conversation, they rented out our property. They also arranged all compliances inspection. On the flip side she also cares about the tenants. It’s important to me as someone who has rented a lot in the past to have my tenants be happy and at home.
