Very professional. Kept us informed.

We've been with Vivid for a number of years now and the entire team (property management, leasing, advertising) have always been professional and easy to deal with. They are always on the ball with good and prompt communications and have always delivered a good outcome for us. We are always assured that our properties are in good hands with Vivid, whether it be getting the property ready for advertising, securing good tenants and managing the property in good condition. Job well done and thank you!

Very helpful. kept us informed.

Professionals ProWest were our real estate agents for three years while we rented in Applecross. My wife and I found all staff that conducted inspections, helped with apartment break downs and emergency situations to always be helpful, timely and returned phone calls if no staff were available. Other than auto reminders for one day maybe two days late rent (usually when financial year ended and sometimes my fault) or several inaccurate auto-texts about rent due that had been paid (maybe the AI code is a little unstable running on AEST), we found the staff and company to be very professional, diligent and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Moving interstate is already a tough job but Prowest have made it easy for me and my family to secure a rental property before we arrive!

Great experience from the application stage. Excellent communicators.

The whole process went very smooth, the property was listed during Christmas holidays however the agents were so supportive. The property had 2 home open and a private viewing and was leased straight away.

LJ Hooker made the renting experience a whole lot easier, with excellent communication and lots of useful information. Would definitely recommend to friends.

LJ Hooker have looked after our property for several years. Krystyl has been our property manager for the past 3-4 years. She has been excellent, responsive, professional and friendly. Nothing is to difficult for her. Krystyl knows the local market and provides insightful and timely advice. She keeps us regularly informed. Krystyl looks after our property and our tenants. I could not recommend her and LJ Hooker highly enough.

The team communicates on time and are diligent in dealing with tenants

Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.
