Agencies in Willoughby, NSW, 2068

Select Property have been fantastic since the beginning. Their professionalism, clarity and ability to help me understand each step into getting my apartment rented was exactly what I needed. The outcome was the unit was rented quickly and efficiently at a price I was aiming for. Thank you Jane, Ness, Kate and the rest of the team.

We engaged Select Property after carefully considering several property management agencies in the area. What stood out from the beginning was their responsiveness and proactive approach. The team was highly engaged throughout the leasing process, providing regular updates and working diligently to secure a suitable tenant. While the process required some patience and there were differing views along the way on rental expectations, we ultimately achieved our target rental, which we were very pleased with. Since then, the ongoing management of our property has been smooth, with good communication and a professional approach. Overall, we’re happy with our decision to engage Select Property and appreciate the team’s persistence, commitment and follow-through.

Scott and the team have managed to place a tenant without any vacancy time while ensuring our house is well maintained and clean between each outgoing inspections. They have presented tenant applications clearly and concisely always with our best interests at heart.
