Mitchell and Kristiane have been incredible with their ongoing communication, fast responses and professionalism while my partner and I applied for and moved into a rental apartment advertised by hockeys. From our pre application to moving in, they have gone above and beyond and are not comparable to any real estate/property managers we have previously had. I recently needed to do a series of minor renovations to my apartment which had been tenanted for several years. The team at Hockeys provided invaluable help in providing advice about the priorities for the renovation in the most cost-effective way, getting the necessary approvals from Strata, contacting reliable trades people, and co-ordinating the work schedule in a timely way. When the renovation was completed, a new tenant was found very quickly, minimising the time the apartment was empty. I was extremely happy with the advice and assistance I received from Hockeys, and would have no hesitation in recommending them as Property Managers.
Forsyth Real Estate Willoughby have managed our property for several years. Chantel Andrews in particular has looked after us and deals with problems efficiently and effectively. Her communication is excellent keeping us informed about maitanence and tenant issues. We would highly recommend Forsyths for property management.
Lisa Lightfoot has managed our house for the last 2 1/2 years and continues to be helpful, knowledgeable, a good negotiator. Lisa is a good communicator and always responsive when something needs attention. I would highly recommend Lisa as a fantastic property manager
