Her communication is excellent keeping us informed about maitanence and tenant issues. We would highly recommend Forsyths for property management.
Lisa Lightfoot has managed our house for the last 2 1/2 years and continues to be helpful, knowledgeable, a good negotiator. Lisa is a good communicator and always responsive when something needs attention. I would highly recommend Lisa as a fantastic property manager

We used Kate from Select Property to lease our apartment in Willoughby. She assisted with organising repairs prior to leasing, helped with everything prior to listing and priced it well so it leased at the first open. She writes property adverts better than anyone I've ever seen. She even drove to the Northern Beaches to pick up an oven for me (unbeknownst to me), which she arranged directly with the contractor. Kate goes above and beyond every time and is an exceptional Property Manager. I highly recommend Select Property to get the job done quickly, efficiently and at a fair price for both landlord and tenant.
