The principal David was very good leased my apartment after the first showing for a price above the guide very happy with his performance. However there for the other items such as documents signing, lease managers I was getting emails from so many different people and within the first week the lease managers changed and felt like I dealt with 3 of them, plus many emails from different people, it would have been better if there was just one representative I felt with.

We are just a normal family renting a cozy house through stones real estate. Although all the agents we met so far had been very supportive, Cynthia went above our expectations with her amazingly caring and heartwarming visit. As a tenant we rarely get this especially during regular inspections, no matter how hard we try to keep the place clean with respect. Cynthia acknowledged our effort and was more attentive to the safety requirements for our kids, rather than trying to find something negative to point out. (Which I never have experienced but have heard a lot that happens at inspections) I am even looking forward to her next visit now and am assured that our tenacy rests in her hands. Thank you!
