They are both extremely professional, very responsive, and totally on top of everything to assist with the management of my property. I worked with James shortly after purchasing an investment property in Randwick and he handled everything very well. He made a few recommendations to lease the unit, organised cleaners, managed minor renovations needed, and hosted multiple open house sessions to lease the unit as fast as possible. She is honest and upfront about sale and rental prices so you know what you can realistically get whilst feeling like you’ve got a great outcome. I have dealt with Farquharsons in its various iterations for more than 20 years with regard to a number of our properties and have found them to be very good to deal with and they usually solve most problems without having to interrupt my other day to day activities.
