Agencies in Woolooware, NSW, 2230

Unfortunately, our experience with Highland Sutherland was not as positive as we had expected. As new tenants moving into the property, we received very little guidance regarding basic utilities such as electricity, gas, water and internet/NBN. We had to work out most of these arrangements ourselves Overall, the process felt quite transactional and impersonal. Communication was generally polite, but we did not feel particularly supported during the move-in process. Compared with our previous experience renting through another agency, this experience has unfortunately been much less smooth and reassuring. We hope the level of communication and support for new tenants can be improved in the future.

All the above key areas in the services provided by Sheilla Hancock are outstanding, and go beyond, to ensure that the Client is fully satisfied with his objectives, and also go beyond that, by suggesting further inputs which will enhance the Client's goals.

Brad and his team are standouts in the property management experience. Market knowledge is spot on and their attention to detail is second to none that I have found in our many years of letting properties.

Re Letting of our unit was seamless & we only lost 3-4 days of rent income.

Big shoutout to Johanna and Georgia at Ray White Oatley – amazing customer service, super friendly, and always quick to respond. They’ve made everything feel easy and stress-free. I honestly feel like I’m in safe hands with them – and that’s saying something in the world of real estate! :)

Having purchased my property with the help of Ray White Oatley, I knew that they would be the best agency to work with to rent out my property. From the moment I reached out to enquire about their property management services, I recieved a highly comprehensive outline of what to expect by engaging Ray White Oatley. Gorana and Johanna have been incredibly helpful, communicative and responsive throughout the process and managed to organise a highly suitable tenant in a short period of time from when the property went onto the market. I am very satisfied with their approach to managing the property on my behalf and look forward to continuing to work with them.
