So far my experience with Elevate has been delightful. From the original inspection and open home to collecting my keys. Instead of agents treating you like you could be less than human, Elevate have been friendly, respectful and communicative from the beginning. As a tenant who is looking for a home to genuinely take care of, this is a next level experience. Once I was approved I received introductory emails from my new property manager who has also been friendly and responsive. There’s always a few teething issues when you first move in and Elevate have a great platform to communicate maintenance requests and response times are excellent. I would be pleased to recommend them as agents to anyone.
