Instead of agents treating you like you could be less than human, Elevate have been friendly, respectful and communicative from the beginning. Once I was approved I received introductory emails from my new property manager who has also been friendly and responsive. There’s always a few teething issues when you first move in and Elevate have a great platform to communicate maintenance requests and response times are excellent.
