Amazing yet again!
Couldn’t recommend Niche Finance highly enough! They worked within a very tight timeframe to help me secure an investment property through my SMSF before the lending rules changed. They liaised with my buyer’s agent and conveyancer, always advocated for me and made the whole process so much easier. I’ve used Niche Finance before and will definitely use them again.
