There are honestly not enough characters in this review to speak highly enough of Alec and our experience of selling our house with him and his team at Woodards Manningham. My husband met Alec years before we sold our house and Alec was the only choice for him. I wasn’t so sure, I hadn’t met him yet. From the moment I did, Alec’s passion and expertise was clear to see. He explained how everything would work every step of the way, we were never unsure what was happening, where things were at, what his movements were because he communicated so well with us. He got back to us immediately after every open house, spoke to us multiple times a week around that. Quickly returned any calls and messages we made. He was very honest about what we could expect, what our next moves were, what he believed we should do but always considered us and what was important to us. Suggestions only from him, never directives, never pushed into what he thought we should do, he listened to us and was guided by us, not the other way around- although that being said you can trust Alec to guide you. On auction day, and within the negotiation immediately after, is when Alec really shone and we could see there was never any doubt that we made the right choice choosing Alec. We were in great hands with Alec and his team. If you want to sell your house, increase your chances of doing that and achieve the selling price you want, you’ll choose Alec.
