I couldn’t be happier with Louis and Anastasia and the way they handled the sale of our new home. From the beginning, Louis was incredibly chill, genuine and easy to deal with. He really understood how much we wanted the property and, despite there being another interested party, I felt that he genuinely wanted to help us get across the line. I also want to give a special mention to Anastasia, who was incredibly patient with me throughout the process - particularly when I was constantly chasing her for the Section 32! There were delays getting it through from the vendor, which was understandably frustrating, but Anastasia was always lovely, responsive and patient with me while we waited for everything to come through. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but having an agent and team who are approachable, communicative and genuinely invested in getting a good outcome makes such a difference.
