Communication was excellent, arranged any work required to sell property. Liased with solicitors of both parties for a no hassles contact sale.

This is my second time working with Grace. First as a buyer, then a seller. Grace has a wonderful demeanour and knowledge, excellent communication, an active listener, and has an efficient and professional work ethic, but is also friendly in her approach and style. Look forward to working with her again in the future.

I would highly recommend Lachie Mulholland to assist with anything Real Estate. I experienced some challenges to say the least, Lachie was extremely responsive, professional, honest, reliable and dedicated in ensuring a positive outcome for myself, he communicated regularly and dealt with all issues from Chattels and Tenancy Contracts to Buyers continual requests to change Contract and Agreements. Thank you so very much Lachie for all the extra time and effort and personal time you committed to this sale, I certainly would not have stayed sane without your assistance, expertise, knowledge and positivity. You are appreciated beyond words.
