Very responsive and helpful in every way

Michelle was the ideal agent for us. She understood what was special about the property and highlighted those areas. She was helpful and knowledgable in preparing our property for the market, with contacts of other professionals who could provide services in key areas. Michelle was always a clear communicator and would respond promptly to any of our questions, she gave feedback after every inspection and followed up with further chats to prospective buyers. She is professional yet fun to work with, has great negotiating skills and is always willing to help, even asking us if we needed anything brought from town. A great experience to work with her.

I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire purchasing process and has consistently gone above and beyond to assist me. As I purchased the property remotely, having an agent who was proactive, reliable, and communicative was incredibly important, and she exceeded all expectations. Her service was always prompt, professional, and genuinely supportive, often extending well beyond the typical scope of a real estate agent’s role. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her willingness to assist made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I’m extremely grateful for all of her help and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.
