I couldn’t be happier in my new home. Bruce tirelessly supported my search for my dream home and negotiated with the seller and myself with the intent of delivering an outcome that everyone was pleased with. He handled the entire process transparently, quickly and most importantly, honestly. He was a pleasure to deal with.

It was a pleasure to do business with David and his team. David is a long term resident of Stanthorpe with years of real estate experience in the town. As such, he is familiar with most properties in the town and surrounding district. One of the things that stood out to me during my association with David was the prospective buyer screening process he went through, particularly out of consideration to my family while we were dealing with challenging health issues. David was at all times courteous, understanding and supportive. His extensive experience in the business was apparent particularly in relation to gauging prospective buyer interest and expectations regarding price and property attributes. David conducted house inspections professionally and ensured that my property was respected and secure. Despite a housing downturn, the worst drought in the region's recorded history and tighter banking lending practices, David was always positive about achieving a successful outcome for the sale of my properties. I couldn't have asked for better buyers for my home and block of land.

Thanks to Mitch and the team for helping us with the purchase of our investment property. We actually bought our own house with them before, so this is our second time working together. They set up a dedicated group chat with the team, which made communication and inspection reminders very straightforward. Everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. And the cherry on top was getting the keys where they made this really nice hamper box.
