Kylie kept us informed and continuously corresponded with prospective buyers to encourage their interest. She shared with us the disappointment of having a buyer pull out at the last moment. When the same buyer reappeared over a year later she was diligent in ensuring that the buyer was genuine. Kylie worked with our solicitor to avoid any unreasonable request by the purchaser and to ensure the process went smoothly. Throughout the long process Kylie has show concern for our personal welfare acknowledging the stress the sale was causing and our wish to move on. We are grateful for the determined effort she has made on our behalf. We had added confidence knowing that Kylie was backed by her colleagues at Ray White Upper North Shore.
