I contacted Logan because I wanted to get an expert to assist with my property purchase as a buyers agent. He was recommended by a colleague and I found him succinct, pleasant and efficient. With his help and guidance (with knowledge of certain things I had not appreciated were important and relevant to the process) we secured a successful offer on the house we wanted. This was the 5th house we had offered on in 18 months and all previous offers weren’t accepted. I have no doubt that the guidance Logan provided helped us achieve the successful outcome.
