Daniel always returned my calls, same day, if we didn't connect first go. He almost always had the answer to my queries and when he didn't he got back to me ASAP. It was a quick settlement period, but I didn't feel rushed as I trusted Daniel was managing his part. I feel in the end both the vendor and I got the best possible outcome with no games taking up valuable time.
