What stood out for me is that Jon came across as genuinely interested in us and our welfare, and thus appreciated the toll it took getting the place ready and doing multiple open days each week. He was responsive to our enquiries and provided answers and feedback that were empathetic and well informed. That really helped as we came to better appreciate the state of the market and needed to adjust our expectations about the price.
