We knew Paul a bit personally before we ever got to a professional relationship. we have bought and sold property before, but not for many years so I was pretty much starting from scratch. Paul guided us through the process, was available as needed and always finished with "is there anything else I can do for you". He helped with getting a skip and provisioning labour to load it, finding cleaners, gardeners and handymen to get things ship shape, and we never felt either pressed or abandoned at any point. Paul was realistic in his assessment of our property with reasons and explained what sort of price to expect and why. Despite the soft market he managed to under promise and over deliver, and that in a very efficient time frame, Realistically I cannot see how the outcome of our sale could have been better.
