We engaged Dominic to sell our property and were extremely impressed with his professionalism and the level of service he provides. Our property needed some updating before sale and Dominic provided us with sound advice on which improvements to make within our budget to maximise returns. He even assisted us with organising some of our property improvements after we had been let down by other trades and services we had organised ourselves. Communication was excellent at all times with him providing updates to us shortly after every home open or inspection regardless of the potential. We had a very strong idea of the sale price we wanted and Dominic managed to get us an offer we were very happy with in the end. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to all family and friends looking to sell (or buy) properties in the near future.

We've rented out our property in Wembley Downs on and off for 18 years. I've dealt with 3 separate, local real estate agents and Hagen and Co has been by far and away the best. In fact I couldn't imagine a better service being provided. Teresa was originally the property manager and Ben took over 4 years ago. Ben took the service to another level. Ben always kept us informed of the condition of the property, sourced great tenants and I was very impressed by the property reports. Our house is typical of the area, built in the 1960's. The maintenance required was in keeping with it's age. Ben used great, local tradesmen (one lived 3 doors down), and he has a very good understanding of the fair cost of repairs . If he thought their quotes were at all too high he would take it upon himself to source other quotes. I feel this approach kept the prices very competitive, and Ben is the only Property Agent I've dealt with that has done this. And it certainly seems his alliance is with the landlord. During a storm around 3 years ago, the roof started leaking and the tenants were rightly very concerned. Ben went to the house late at night, helped the tenants make it safe and arranged for an electrician to inspect water ingress into electrical fittings first thing in the morning. I've recommended Ben to a number of colleagues, and I've only heard good things from them. We recently decided to sell the property, and had no hesitation in choosing Ben as the selling agent. I'm glad we did as Ben assessed the market well, made recommendations on marketing that I would never have thought of (social media etc), and secured an offer within 5 days for an amount I was very happy with. I can't speak higher of Ben and would recommend him to anyone.
