Our property needed some updating before sale and Dominic provided us with sound advice on which improvements to make within our budget to maximise returns. He even assisted us with organising some of our property improvements after we had been let down by other trades and services we had organised ourselves. Communication was excellent at all times with him providing updates to us shortly after every home open or inspection regardless of the potential. We had a very strong idea of the sale price we wanted and Dominic managed to get us an offer we were very happy with in the end. Dealing with David was a breeze, someone who seemed to have honesty and integrity........ and then did. David is somebody who showed us the house, and then asked us if we liked it. Didn’t push things down our throat, but answered any questions we had and knew a lot of detail about the place. However, if there was anything he didn’t know, he let us know and promised to find out. I didn’t feel pressured, it was nice dealing with David, from beginning to end.
