I recently engaged Simon to sell my unit at Red Hill. This was the second time I have used Simon to sell a property for me. I found Simon to be very proactive in all my dealings with him. We met, agreed on what we thought was a reasonable price and began the marketing process. My aim was to achieve a quick sale. After the first open house, I received a number of expressions of interest, but none were at the price I was after. Simon followed on these and within a week I had a contract for the price I wanted. At all stages during the settlement period, Simon kept me informed of the progress (building and pest inspection, finance approved) and the settlement proceeded without a hitch. Good initial consultation with plan for selling developed including all aspects such as type of selling method, fees, advertisement, open homes and closing date. Had extra considerations as Christmas holiday period was looming. I didn’t see all the work and consultations Michael had behind the scenes but it was obvious he put in a lot of work. All offers well summarised so easy to pick. He was well backed up by his other staff. A pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend.
