I'd been looking for a home for three years when I attended the open house for the unit Tim sold me. I'd met a lot of real estate agents and to be fair I was a little wary, but even when I really loved the property, it seemed something always held me back from purchasing. I could have purchased many times but I didn't. Tim's professionalism and ability to connect and tap into what I needed was really unique. Purchasing a first home had felt daunting in the past but with Tim it just felt easy and right. I knew I loved the unit straight away but I'd been there before. I can honestly say it was his persistence, availability and genuine desire to me to help buy a home which made it happen. I actually wonder if I hadn't come across him as an agent that I would still be looking and not settled in my beautiful home. He's a great person and a great agent with very high standards of how he conducts himself and that was extremely reassuring to me.
