Our experience with Brenton was so easy, he kept us informed throughout the process, he looked outside the local market with his wide range of contacts and we sold before going to market. Brenton recommend a great conveyance solicitor who also kept us informed. Settlement was so easy with all the paperwork sent and completed way before the date for a successful hand over. Brenton was able to negotiate a very quick turnaround with the all inspections and boxes needed to be ticked completed in 10 days. Then a short settlement time which we appreciated.
