Donna continually demonstrated strong marketing knowledge, negotiating, and professionalism throughout. Our timeline to sell our house involved Donna negotiating with tradesmen , following up there work to ensure it was completed in a timely manner ,and in accordance with current standards. Additionally she checked the invoices of the completed work to ensure they were accurate. Our home was painted throughout before sale. This involved obtaining quotes from painters. One painter provided a glossy detailed quote, while the other painter provided a well written detailed quote. To establish who to select we contacted Donna who provided us with an excellent summary of the two quotes. The quote we selected was the written one and the work was completed on time in a Professional manner. We thoroughly recommend Donna who is a highly valued team member from Helen Munro Property if anyone is wishing to sell there house.
Cara asked us what we were looking for while we were at an open home after we indicated that the property we were at might not be the right fit for us. Cara's team had heard my wife's knee's going up the stairs and told us about a lowset property nearby that could fit what we were looking for. The property is high quality, in a rather good area and in budget. We are very impressed by Cara's straight forward and very responsive communication. If you are looking to buy(or sell) I would recommend you at least contact Cara as I don't think this review will do her justice. We have every intention of this being our forever home, but if we ever decide to sell, we will be giving Cara a call!
From the get go, Priyanka helped in selling my property. We worked in stages to know the market situation, fix a price and work through open houses to get the property sold. Priyanka was efficient in organising every stage and worked on the real value in the property. She went out of the way to display the properties to out of town prospective buyers at non open house viewings. Weekend open houses were well organised and negotiated with resident tenant. Relationships were built and all in a friendly informal setting.
