Affable and practical,Warren lives on the island and has a realistic view of property value

Dan Ryder was a true and honest gentleman. He was completely upfront and transparent in his approach to all aspects of the selling process and made a possible stressful situation quite comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting an easy transition into the market.

Was very helpfull through the whole process.

Our experience with Jerremy was first rate. He was professional, responsive and straightforward throughout the sale of our investment property. Selling in a falling market wasn't easy, but Jerremy and his team put in the extra effort needed to get the sale across the line. He coordinated directly with the property manager and tenants to arrange inspections, and proactively managed all the maintenance issues that popped up during the sale. We really appreciated Jerremy taking ownership of these things rather than leaving them for us to sort out. His approach to negotiations was clear and practical, and his fees were very competitive compared to other agents we considered. We strongly recommend Jerremy to anyone looking to sell their property in Townsville.

We cannot recommend Simone enough. She was on the ball from the day of appraisal to settlement. We had information and recaps of open homes within 5 minutes of them closing. Simone was friendly, professional and even offered to help us pack up the house when she saw we had a bit on. We are more than happy with the result of our sale and truly believe we wouldn't have got there without Simone as our agent. Thank you again Simone!

In an ever changing market, Simones proactiveness and easy to talk to demeanour can cut through, and get results where I feel other agents would fail. We've sold a few properties with Simone now, and can't fault her. Day or night, she's in your corner. Thanks again.
