Donna continually demonstrated strong marketing knowledge, negotiating, and professionalism throughout. Our timeline to sell our house involved Donna negotiating with tradesmen , following up there work to ensure it was completed in a timely manner ,and in accordance with current standards. Additionally she checked the invoices of the completed work to ensure they were accurate. Our home was painted throughout before sale. This involved obtaining quotes from painters. One painter provided a glossy detailed quote, while the other painter provided a well written detailed quote. To establish who to select we contacted Donna who provided us with an excellent summary of the two quotes. The quote we selected was the written one and the work was completed on time in a Professional manner.
