We had a fantastic experience working with Samir Merzaie in purchasing our home. From the very beginning, Samir was professional, approachable and genuinely helpful, making what can be a stressful and sometimes confusing process much easier for us. Throughout the purchase, Samir was always available to answer our questions, provide updates and help us navigate the different stages of the process. He was patient, responsive and straightforward in his communication, which gave us confidence that we were in good hands. What we appreciated most was that Samir didn't disappear once the offer was accepted! 😄 He continued to follow up, communicate with us and make sure everything progressed smoothly right through to settlement. Buying a home comes with enough stress to add a few extra grey hairs, but Samir certainly helped keep those to a minimum! 😂 We are extremely happy with our new home and very grateful for Samir's assistance in helping us get there. We would happily recommend Samir Merzaie to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you, Samir, for your professionalism, patience and support throughout the journey. We genuinely appreciate everything you did for us. Five stars and a very happy family! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

He is very humble and professional

I cannot highly recommend Samir Merzaie enough. Our journey started 13 years ago when finding a rental property was incredibly difficult, yet Samir went completely out of his way to secure one for me. Because of his honesty and the fantastic relationship we built back then, he was the only person I trusted when it came time to sell my house. I specifically chose Samir because of his seniority and deep, long-standing experience in the industry,he truly knows the local area inside and out. Thanks to his expertise, he secured a genuine buyer within just a three-week campaign. Samir's hard work, dedication, professionalism, and honesty are unmatched
