Jack advised us, to rent furniture, to make our home more appealing to potential buyers, who could imagine how a furnished house would look. Our house looked great and was less cluttered and more presentable, than when we had our own furniture in. I was surprised how much difference it made. Although costly, this gave tremendous benefit to the final price, which would had been much lower, than without. He was able to appeal to the potential buyer, to keep raising their offer several times, to get us the best possible price. It made us happier to sell.
