Janine showed a great knowledge of the local market and had an excellent approach to marketing the sale of our property. She was very approachable and accessible, and a lovely person to deal with.
Pat was excellent to work with and absolutely delivered a fantastic result on our behalf. He knew the local market extremely well and priced our property considerably more than we thought it would sell for. In the end we sold well above the asking price. You couldn't ask more than that !!! No hesitation in recommending Pat.
Very easy to talk to and deal with. Genuinely felt like he was doing the best for both us and the seller.
Although we were the buyers and not the agent’s direct clients (who were the sellers) we found them to be professional and easy to communicate with throughout the process to ensure everything progressed smoothly.
They were willing to change there marketing approach and target area after a slow start which resulted in a sale at the required price
