Kosta was incredibly informative and offered valuable advice and guidance, which I truly appreciated—especially as this was my first time selling a property. He was always quick to respond to calls and messages, and both he and his team consistently arrived early for inspections. They made sure the house was presented perfectly each time and went the extra mile to ensure all lights were turned off and the property was securely locked up afterward.
