During a really tough & emotional time selling our Mothers home with Grant Davison realty was made so easy to deal with . Grant was professional, knowledgeable about the surrounds & market value of homes in the area & got us top price which we didn’t expect ! Grant communicated on a daily basis as our process wasn’t just as simple as selling a house ! There was a lot involved due to Mum’s s passing & solicitors to deal with as well ! Purchasing this property was quite the ordeal. Martin made promises some of which he kept, some he didn't. Towards the end of the purchase Martin was unable to give the time and attention needed to give answers to the questions posed and access to the property at convenient times. Never got a full set of keys and and bedroom curtains were missing on handover. There just seemed to be one crisis after another and he really didn't know the property very well at all. Felt quite betrayed really.

I found Sharon and her colleagues very knowledgeable when it came to the market, behaviour of buyers, and the DHA mid-lease sale process. They kept me well-informed throughout the sale. I occasionally sought advice from Sharon, and I trusted the opinions she shared. The price we ended up achieving was very satisfying. I really have nothing negative to say. Overall, I found selling with Sharon and the team was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend them.

After six months with a previous agent, we were understandably frustrated when we came to Teresa. What a difference. She sold our apartment quickly and at a price we were genuinely happy with.
