The experience selling my property with Annette Pinkerton has been outstanding. Her dedication to details and keeping me informed of interest has been flawless. Given my property is outside her locality by 100km, Annette demonstrated that marketing via internet coupled with good old verbal communication with buyers was a recipe for successful sale. When she needed to be at the property for inspections, there were no hesitations to travel to meet prospective buyers. Annette's communication is factual and down to earth. Something I appreciated and I'm sure the prospective buyers could see was genuine. No fluffing or over-representation, which is why I think my sale occurred within 6 weeks at a price I was happy with. By contrast, I had observed properties in my area over the last years taking much longer to sell with other agents. The marketing campaign was spot on with many of my friends remarking how good a job Annette had done. Her marketing experience accumulated by study and experience outside of real estate made Annette unique among her peers and it showed in spades. There was some low-ball interest initially that Annette skillfully directed, with respect to the buyers, to the asking price that was productive for my sale. I would highly recommend Annette Pinkerton to my friends and family who were looking to buy or sell property. Her knowledge, skill, enthusiasm and genuine nature make her ideal to deal with.

I knew that Stuart is the BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT IN TEA GARDENS /HAWKS NEST and my faith in him has been AMPLY REWARDED !! Stuart is the QUIET ACHIEVER and an old Country Rugby boy from Orange so he's about as AUSTRALIAN as you can get. This means that he has a feeling for the Australian mindset and character as good as you'll get. Stuart is no big notes and I compare his performance in this exercise to an opening batsman playing for Australia. He started off slowly and played himself in..getting a feeling for the conditions and the nature of the "wicket". As things became easier Study loosened up and started playing a few shots. He handled the other side well and picked out the good players and didn't worry about the others. As he pushed on..things became more lucrative and he really got on a roll. He batted beautifully and finally landed the BIG ONE to add to his growing reputation. He'll be playing at the top level for NSW and Australia for many years to come now doubt will be captaining his own side for many years to come. Well batted..Stuie and keep the runs flowing going . He cracked the tonne when we got their to player and from there's pretty much home and dried. Beautifully played and a lovely inning..Stuart !! Cheers. Chris
