Also ready to answer any questions I had, very responsive to my needs, I never felt like just another number or seller. Iris had everything ready and sorted by our second phone call, had photos and advertising booked and waiting to go when I was ready and had available time. There wasn't a moment I had to stop and wonder what was happening as her and her team had weekly update emails of how everything was progressing throughout selling.
