We recently purchased a property which Beau had listed. She was awesome from start to finish. She and her seller bent over backwards to assist us with a few requests we had during the settlement period. Nothing was too difficult. As it was an investment property, we did not have any hesitation to use her as the property manager. It was a stress free experience. Would 100% recommend.

I unexpectedly met Andrew in the lift of my apartment building one day. He was extremely friendly, just in general conversations, before he explained what he did for a living and said he would be interested in having a chat if I was to ever think of selling my place. 6 months down the track he the only call I made, he made the experience a breeze compared to what I have experience in the past. Andrew was extremely helpful and professional throughout the sale. He was happy to work with my needs/requests as a seller and was able to get me a good price above market value.
