I’m very thankful to Angelo for his support in selling a property heavily constrained due to zoning restrictions. This sale was conditional on a DA approval for additional lots. Due to the constraints and the prolonged DA process, it took several years from start to finish. Our circumstances were difficult, and I appreciate that Angelo stuck with us to the end.
