We had the pleasure of working with Skip and the team for our property purchase earlier this year. We could not recommend him highly enough. Skip is a genuinely good bloke, and his style of communication immediately made us feel comfortable - unlike many past real estate experiences. Skip and his team were exceptional, promptly answering any questions we had and clearly outlining each step in the process (very helpful given the imminent arrival of our second child). Skip is also clearly well liked within the community and well connected which made sourcing trades for pre-purchase inspections and arranging a conveyancer a much smoother process given we did not live locally. We cannot wait to move to the South West and are grateful for the support we received throughout the purchasing process.
