I genuinely believe his approach and the way he handled the negotiations played a huge part in us securing the property at the price we did. I also want to give a special mention to Anastasia, who was incredibly patient with me throughout the process - particularly when I was constantly chasing her for the Section 32! There were delays getting it through from the vendor, which was understandably frustrating, but Anastasia was always lovely, responsive and patient with me while we waited for everything to come through. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but having an agent and team who are approachable, communicative and genuinely invested in getting a good outcome makes such a difference.
